It took me years to find a daily moment to relax my body and mind. Consistence is key. I had to create that space in my agenda, commit to it.
In a fast pace environment, taking care of the business and family needs, I was having a hard time to set aside a few minutes to meditate.
My home spa sessions are perfect for my meditation and I use that time to also warm up my muscles. I breathe in and out deeply, wash away all of my thoughts and live in the moment.
It is incredible what it does to me. After a few minutes, I’m ready to rock and roll. 🎸 😃
