As part of my 5 steps to speed up my recovery after a good workout, I like to make a good smoothie.
- 1/2 cup of frozen fruits including mango and berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of almond milk drinkable yogurt for smoothness
- 1 scoop of superfood a good source of vitamins and proteins
- 1 tbs. fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
In a large blender add ingredients and blend until smooth.
