Nat’s Recovery Smoothie

As part of my 5 steps to speed up my recovery after a good workout, I like to make a good smoothie.

One of my favorite contains superfoods such as ginger, turmeric and mango for those anti-inflammatory properties. This recipe is vegan, high protein, gluten free and naturally sweetened.



  • 1/2 cup of frozen fruits including mango and berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk drinkable yogurt for smoothness
  • 1 scoop of superfood a good source of vitamins and proteins
  • 1 tbs. fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water

In a large blender add ingredients and blend until smooth.
