Regular physical activity is important as it pushes us to take control of our health.

Here are 10 ways to celebrate this special day:

  1. Try a new sport or a new fitness routine
  2. Eat superfoods such as broccoli, apples, parsnips, pears, rutabaga, cauliflower, squash, pomegranates…
  3. Take a nap (even 15 minutes helps reenergize) and or take 5 minutes to meditate
  4. Ask a friend to work out with you
  5. Give yourself a healthy beauty treatment
  6. Stay hydrated
  7. Have a massage
  8. Watch your posture and give your back a break
  9. Eat some chocolate
  10. Smile with a positive thought about yourself that you repeat a few times
